September 1, 2007

Dear Mr. Holman:

Your untimely letter dated August 29, received September 1, in response to my earlier letter of August 18, 2007 to Mr. Schell is amusingly condescending, patronizing, and outrageously unresponsive.

Furthermore, the Cc’s at the bottom of it are indicative State Farm is indeed stonewalling. Comically, a desperate effort to bury this writer in the corporate chain of command. Not to be.

First, anything less than a full written response to my correspondence of August 18 is unacceptable.

Second, should Austin State Farm operations refuse to provide that promptly, no further time will be wasted locally. Apparently, correspondence to the Chief Executive Officer at the Home Offices is required.

Third, the refusal of State Farm to quickly provide the information sought is highly indicative the corporation is indeed using and abusing customer information received from someone within the Postal Service. Whether legally, or not.

Fourth, your unresponsive correspondence will be forwarded to the U.S. Postmaster General for his review. Sadly, have you absolutely no respect for the intelligence of your policyholders, or their concerns?

Sincerely,
