Re: 55th Update To October 14, 2004 Correspondence

Dear Ms. Barker:

Before again addressing the ongoing unresolved credit reporting agency fiasco ignored by Sen. Hutchison and her office nearly three years now, the Senator’s recent involvement in the Texas toll road fiasco is too little, too late. Apparently, she still doesn’t fully appreciate how truly opposed her constituents are to TxDOT and the looting, -- ongoing and planned.

More importantly, does the Senator truly believe Gen. David Patraeus has any credibility with the American public? Sadly, Gens. Abizaid and Casey earlier received the boot because they told the "President" what he clearly did not want to hear. Apparently, the military leadership remains incapable of successfully speaking truth to power.

Painfully, Patraeus is no more than a shill for Mr. Bush. Sadly, his performance was that of a presidential lapdog. Tragically, this man has disgraced himself and the uniform. Even his generals don’t share his false, rosy views on the supposed moderate "success" of the "surge."

Clearly, the war has exponentially spread outside Baghdad. Approximately 2000 Iraqis continue to be killed each month. The "President" and his henchmen and women cleverly refuse to keep full statistics, -- and perversely distort those they do have to their advantage.

… Does the Senator truly believe her constituents to be that stupid? -- Totally incapable of seeing beyond the sham? The unabashed shell game? Clearly, a charade at the expense of our troops. How does the Senator sleep nights?

Softball interrogation of Gen. Patraeus and U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker before Congress was appalling. Lawmakers are clearly not in tune with the wishes of a majority of their constituents. … A fact that will indeed be driven home unmistakably on Election Day 2008.

To his credit, Patraeus in late August, in a rare moment of candor, proclaimed American troops will have to remain in Iraq an additional 8 or 9 years. Does the Senator truly believe the public will tolerate another decade of this tragic, failed fiasco?

The "President’s" alleged intention to withdraw approximately 30,000 troops by next July is disingenuous at best for two reasons. First, these troops only represent those committed to the "surge." What about the approximately 140,000 in country before the "surge?"

Second, the military already had plans to reduce the troop commitment by that 30,000 figure shortly due to the fact it is hopelessly overextended and cannot maintain current military operations. The troops would have been removed anyway.

Consequently, any subsequent claims made by the "President" and his henchmen that these troops are indeed being removed supposedly due to "success" of the "surge," or as the "President" says, "return on success," are blatantly false, ring hollow, and are the height of hypocrisy and deception. … Can’t dazzle ‘em with brilliance, baffle ‘em with BS, right, Mr. "President?"

Clearly, Mr. Bush is desperately trying to run out the clock. … And dump this failed war on the next president. Particularly cowardly, -- for him to do so. Clearly and tragically, a most unpleasant part of the "President’s" legacy in history.

Regarding congressional interrogation of our Iraq commander, most telling of all? Petraeus himself disingenuously admitted, after repeated questioning, he does not know whether America is safer nearly five years after onset of the Iraq fiasco. … Is that right, General? Do you really think the American people believe such disingenuous BS? Does the Senator?

Amusingly, Petraeus knows the truth regarding the failure in Iraq but was too damned cowardly to fully and candidly express his views. … Clearly afraid he’d get the boot, as his predecessors, if he did not fully support Bush and his henchmen during congressional testimony. … A pitiful indictment of the military leadership in our formerly great country.

The "President" and his shills have no exit strategy and are disingenuously "staying the course" despite growing public opposition. Even Republican senators expressed disbelief during softball questioning of Patraeus and Crocker. … Unlike their cowardly colleagues in the House. Hopefully, the chickens are finally coming home to roost, however.

Democrats will indeed pay a severe price at the polls for their cowardly failure to cut off all Iraq War funding. Republicans, ultimately responsible and clear architects of this failed war, however, will pay a far stiffer price in 2008 and beyond. Tough, isn’t it? Without question, it’s time for a third party.

Saddest of all? American troops will continue to be killed and maimed for a failed war that had no chance of success from the very beginning, mainly due to the fact it was deliberately and not-so-cleverly launched under false pretenses, hopelessly ill-advised, and supremely ill-planned. Clearly, again, the "President’s" legacy in history.

Worse, no political progress has been made by the Iraqis themselves. -- Absolutely critical to "winning" the war. The outrageously corrupt and abusive bastards in Parliament even had the gall to take the month of August off. … Would have taken two months had a tremendous stink not been made by lawmakers here in the United States.

Despite billions expended, nearly 4,000 American KIAs, and nearly 30,000 maimed, the Iraqis are absolutely no closer to governing themselves and taking over security. Worse, the Maliki government is reportedly close to collapse. Yet, the Senator ludicrously and mindlessly calls for "staying the course."

Worst of all, the U.S. military has been dangerously and foolishly overextended by the "President." The "surge" cannot be maintained much longer regardless without tremendously detrimental consequences to the military. At best, the exceptionally limited "success" of the "surge" is ludicrously irrelevant in light of the failed Iraq central government.

Deliberate Republican ignorance of this indisputable unpleasant fact will have profound long-lasting devastating political consequences for our formerly great country. The Founders must indeed be spinning in their graves.

The only true devastating "accomplishment" of the "President" and his henchmen in the "Global War On Terror" is the abject destruction of civil and constitutional rights and liberties in our formerly great country. Again, an inexorably crucial part of this failed "President’s" legacy in history.

The Senator’s recent editorial regarding the "Global War On Terror" is appallingly disingenuous. Sadly, the war in Iraq is not about "our freedom and way of life." Rather, it is about oil, -- and continued easy access to it there, as well in the region, by hopelessly avaricious oil companies. … Despite the fact our formerly great country could and should have been energy independent fifty years ago.

Ludicrously and falsely, the Senator has disingenuously claimed the war there "has challenged our nation’s fortitude." Nonsense. Rather, the invasion of Iraq under glaringly false pretenses is explicitly indicative of our country’s deceptiveness and duplicity. We are the laughing stock of the world.

Clearly, UN weapons inspectors repeatedly told the "President" what he did not want to hear. -- That they could not find any evidence of weapons of mass destruction.

… Asked for more time, which ole’ George "The Tush" was impatiently unwilling to concede. Consequently, with the unprovoked attack, our formerly great country is distrusted and despised throughout much of the world. Aggressive stupidity at its worst. … Sadly, another Bush legacy in history.

The Senator went on to disingenuously accuse her colleagues who oppose the war of a willingness to supposedly "ignore the threat of radical Islam." Again, nonsense and hopelessly disingenuous. Would indeed be laughable if tens of thousands had not already died.

Rather, Ms. Hutchison remains apparently all too willing to ignore the fact we, the United States, have created this terrorist monster. -- Through nearly sixty years of unbridled support of Israel and the House of Saud. No matter how abusive. No matter how corrupt. Our hopelessly short-sighted foreign policy directly created bin Laden and his henchmen. Yet, Mr. Bush and Ms. Hutchison are blissfully ignorant and oblivious to reality.

The Senator went on to patronizingly and condescendingly pontificate "Texans know the high stakes of the Global War on Terror." Is that right Ms. Barker? … Or have they merely bought the phony propaganda of Ms. Hutchison, the "President," and the rest of his henchmen and women?

The Senator’s false claim the terrorists "will follow us home" is again ludicrously disingenuous. First, for years, the "President" and his cronies have deliberately overestimated the ability of the enemy to strike here in the United States.

Second, the 9/11 catastrophe could likely have been prevented had napping government officials not been so damned negligent. After all, the State Department issued all 19 hijackers visas, without doing extensive background checks. Yet, not one head has rolled. No one has been prosecuted for criminal negligence. Rather, the "President" and his henchmen have gone out of their way to protect these officials. Why?

Military personnel dying in Iraq are not dying "in the defense of liberty" as falsely claimed by Ms. Hutchison. Rather, they are dying for the outrageously corrupt and abusive gluteus maximus of their perversely incompetent, corrupt, and abusive "Commander In Chief."

For the Senator to falsely claim the war should continue because "we cannot allow their efforts to have been in vain," is no more than a desperate despicable effort to use these continued sacrifices to protect the "President" and endlessly extend a conflict that was lost before it began. Ms. Hutchison should be truly ashamed of herself.

We heard the same phony rhetoric some forty years ago during the Vietnam War. Precisely, why tens of thousands were lost after ole’ "Tricky Dick" took office, -- after falsely claiming he had a "plan to end the war." History is apparently sadly repeating itself.

If Ms. Hutchison truly believes in the war in Iraq, she should suit up and take her colleagues, family, friends, and all who believe in this fiasco to fight. It would certainly be most amusing to watch Darwin’s survival of the fittest and natural selection at work, wouldn’t it?

Just as pointedly, why are the "President" and his henchmen continuing the failed effort to "nation build" in Afghanistan? While virtually having given up on the search for bin Laden and his top lieutenants? -- Ostensibly, the reason for having gone to war there in the first place. Clearly, ole’ George "The Tush" and his buddies have lost direction, no?

The conviction of American citizen Jose Padilla recently on reduced terrorism charges nowhere near the magnitude of what he was initially falsely accused of by former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft is indeed chilling. Especially, after Padilla was abused and tortured by government goons in a naval brig for some three and a half years. Without benefit of counsel and access to the courts. In Nazi America.

Americans should be forewarned the same could happen to any of us. Hopefully, Padilla will appeal, especially since the fascist "jurist" who presided at trial would not allow the defense to bring up evidence of the torture and abuse. Unconstitutionally and conveniently protecting the corrupt and abusive bastards responsible.

Pointedly, the pending resignation of U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales should be followed by a criminal investigation. Apparently, Mr. Gonzales lied during congressional testimony and should be held accountable for the firing of eight U.S. Attorneys for blatantly political reasons. … As well as continued unconstitutional spying by NSA goons of innocent U.S. citizens making overseas phone calls. Reportedly, the spying also involves domestic calls. Yet, the Senator remains cowardly silent.

As stated previously, regional offices of State Farm Mutual claim customer mailing lists are updated twice yearly by the United States Postal Service (USPS.) The local postmaster, however, asserts to the best of his knowledge, the Postal Service does not share or sell customer information. This writer is awaiting confirmation, one way or the other, from the United States Postmaster General and stonewalling State Farm officials.

If mailing information is indeed sold or shared by the Postal Service, it would be an egregious outrageous abrogation of privacy. -- As well as a legitimate national security issue if government is in fact providing forced customer information to private industry. Are the Senator and/or her office aware of USPS policy regarding sharing of personal information?

If so, would you kindly send a copy? Also, would you kindly explain how a "national security letter," issued by federal goons without benefit of probable cause and the discretion of a judge, is indeed constitutional and a substitute for a subpoena? Does Ms. Hutchison truly believe administrative fiat and/or federal statute trump the U.S. Constitution? … Has the Senator even read the Fourth Amendment recently?

Along the same line, recent congressional six-month extension of warrantless wiretaps by the "President" and his henchmen of American overseas calls is appalling. Has the Senator no shame? Does she really think federal goons, if caught and indeed cornered by a victim of these outrageously unconstitutional taps, will not falsely claim an innocent call abroad to a foreign family member is really that to a "terrorist?"

Moreover, does she truly believe federal thugs are beyond lying to cover their collective gluteus maximus? As well as to unconstitutionally invade the privacy of innocent citizens under false pretenses, -- falsely using "national ‘security’" as a phony "excuse?"

Of equal concern, the Senator’s support of two imprisoned border officers is appalling. -- Two border officers who lied like hell to protect themselves and their cronies. Amusingly, U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton has finally done something right in the prosecution of these two highly abusive officers and is now severely criticized by the Fascist Right because apparently these lunatics believe officers can do no wrong. Would indeed be laughable if not so chillingly pathetic.

The "President’s" recent commutation of Scooter Libby’s prison sentence is also hopelessly appalling. While indeed legal and constitutional, it is no more than undisguised obstruction of justice, cronyism at its worst, and outrageous nullification of the judicial process. Worse, it was clearly done to silence Libby in an effort to protect Mr. Bush and Cheney.

More disturbingly, the commutation of Libby’s prison sentence again confirms there are indeed two systems of justice. … One for the rich, corporate officers, and government officials, -- the other, for the rest of us. The commutation afforded Libby will dearly hurt Republicans in 2008, as voters are continually reminded of the "President’s" duplicity by Democrats. … Tough, isn’t it?

An appeals court decision to reverse a lower court ruling regarding the unconstitutionality of warrantless NSA domestic spying is equally appalling. Since when should ACLU, other groups, and ordinary citizens be denied the right to question in court the constitutionality of outrageously unconstitutional, corrupt, and abusive actions by the Bush "Administration" or any other?

The recent decision by the Supreme Court attacking diversity in the educational system, thus nullifying Brown, is another egregious example of how the court is sadly moving to the Nazi Right. The fact the Court has decided 33% of its cases 5-4 this session and is delivering increasingly blistering minority reports is indicative not only of angrily growing discord, but the profound effect Ms. Hutchison’s support of Alito and Roberts has had on the nazification of the high court.

Equally appalling, the Supreme Court has haughtily approved corporate price-fixing. Sadly, Sherman anti-trust protections have been obliterated by this increasingly fascist Court. First Amendment protections have also been recently attacked by this august body regarding advertising at the end of political campaigns. Worse, the Court has haughtily ruled ordinary citizens cannot challenge government funding of "faith-based" programs.

Clearly, the Court has no appreciation of the Establishment Clause and apparently is eager for the creation of a de facto "Christian" theocracy in our formerly great country. -- Otherwise, it would have long ago thrown out these programs which are sadly no more than a thinly disguised attempt to blend government and religion. Tragically, the "President’s" recent second veto of federally-funded stem cell research is another indication of his tireless efforts to impose his perverse "religious" views on the rest of us.

Sadly, two recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions regarding women’s rights, i.e. abortion and equal pay for equal work, are appalling. Indeed, a Neanderthal step backward. Ms. Hutchison’s support, as well as that of others, of the nominations of Alito and Roberts are directly responsible for this egregious loss of rights and further movement of the Court to the Right.

The embrace of fascism by the GOP, i.e. the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion, is a far greater threat than any enemy, domestic or foreign. Particularly, since the cowardly Right uses the perversion and bastardization of "religious" principles to defend and "justify" its embrace. … As Adolph Hitler and Benito Mussolini back in the 30’s.

Recent action by Senate Republicans to block a bill that would allow union organization without a secret vote first is appalling. Have Republican fascists no regard for the ongoing abuse of the people on the bottom of the food chain that do the work, produce the wealth greedily claimed by the rich, corporate officers, insatiable shareholders, as well as outrageously corrupt and abusive government officials?

Congressional passage of legislation that would prevent airport employees, under jurisdiction of TSA thugs, to unionize is another egregious infringement of the right of assembly and the right to petition government for redress of grievances. "National security," given as reason for passage of this outrageous bill is disingenuous, false, ludicrous, and further indication of congressional unwillingness to uphold civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Nazi America.

Equally disturbing according to the Washington Post, the "President" reportedly signed on May 9 a national security directive that allegedly gives him and his successors dictatorial powers in an "emergency," -- supposedly conferring absolute control over business and government. … For as long as he deems necessary. Also, he and his successors define what the term "emergency" means.

If true, this is outrageously unconstitutional and could quickly lead to unintended consequences if ever imposed, -- a revolution. Sadly, the abject embrace of secrecy by the Bush "Administration" makes it extremely difficult to determine the true extent of loss of civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Yet, Ms. Hutchison remains cowardly silent.

Sadly, exponentially increasing furor over illegal immigration due to abject bigotry against foreigners is disturbingly reminiscent of that in early Nazi Germany, -- cleverly used by Hitler to manipulate the masses and shift attention from the failures of his regime to creatively and peacefully solve problems of that era. Apparently, history is chillingly repeating itself.

Recently-failed immigration legislation in Congress, reportedly containing provisions requiring U.S. citizens to repeatedly prove citizenship to employers, is an outrageous abrogation of privacy and could lead to a national ID card. Worse, this failed legislation would not have worked since it did nothing to solve the root cause of jobs unfilled in our formerly great country, -- lack of "livable" wage guidelines imposed by government against employers. … Precisely, why these jobs are unwanted by most American citizens.

Worse, the failure of government to mandate a "livable" wage in an exponentially expanding service economy is directly responsible for the decimation of the middle class. Soon we will only have two classes, -- the "haves" and "have-nots." … In a global economy increasingly shifting power, resources, and money to international corporations no longer based in the U.S. and not beholden to our laws and best interests.

Elected officials, including the Senator, have not only stood by and done nothing, but actively encourage and facilitate this outrageously insidious pernicious process. In return, Ms. Hutchison and her cohorts enjoy engorged campaign war chests courtesy of these very same corporations and their lobbyists. Sadly, the American people are too aggressively stupid to appreciate the loss and damage to our long-term interests as a nation.

In several generations, the U.S. will likely become a Third World country as a result. … No longer capable of engineering and producing vital goods necessary, not only for prosperity but survival. Beholden to other world powers. Incapable of standing on our own. No longer able to live at the high standard of living most of us have enjoyed.

Also, the continued cowardly failure of both houses of Congress and both major political parties to quickly force withdrawal of troops from Iraq is highly indicative of the moral bankruptcy of our formerly great country. Sadly, Ms. Hutchison continues to cowardly support the "President" and his war. The blood of nearly 4,000 of our best and brightest and tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis remains on the hands of Mr. Bush and every damned politician, including the Senator, who mindlessly support this unjust immoral war launched under outrageously false pretenses.

The cowardly failure of both Texas U.S. senators to support withdrawal of troops from the failed war in Iraq is appalling. Both have cowardly placed party loyalty ahead of their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution. The cowardly forfeiture of congressional war-making powers to a hopelessly corrupt and abusive "President," having absolutely no respect or regard for civil and constitutional rights and liberties, is a truly pathetic measure of the lack of substance of Ms. Hutchison, Mr. Cornyn, and their colleagues.

Clearly, the people of our once great country no longer have a voice in Washington. Whatever happened to representative constitutional government and our democratic republic? -- A government that’s been egregiously hijacked by the Fascist Right and corporate greed.

Also, repeatedly floated proposed DNA testing of "suspects" by federal law enforcement goons is grossly unacceptable and outrageously fascist. So are signing statements added to bills by "President" Bush. -- Sadly, a direct violation of the Constitution. More ominously, billions of dollars remain unaccounted for in Iraq and may have been used by the "President" and his henchmen to fund terrorist groups, including al Qaeda, fighting Shiites. … Apparently, Mr. Bush perversely believes Shiites, particularly Iranians, to be a far greater threat than Sunnis.

Where are congressional investigations to determine the truth and the "President’s" duplicity? Why has our "President" been given carte blanche to do as he pleases, accountable to no one? Doesn’t the senior senator from Texas, a high fixture in the GOP, appreciate the danger, the threat to liberty? Or is she indeed too much of a party woman?

Eight U.S. attorneys have been forced to resign, i.e. fired by the Bush "Administration." For crass political purposes. Why hasn’t the resigning Attorney General been prosecuted? Why hasn’t the GOP itself put pressure on the "President?" What about the conveniently deleted "Administration" emails?

What about congressional subpoenas that are being stonewalled by Mr. Bush and his henchmen and women? The issue is not executive privilege, but obstruction of justice by the most corrupt and abusive administration since Richard Nixon. -- Sadly, ole’ "Tricky Dick" looks like a choir boy in comparison.

An internal "Justice" Department audit recently determined FBI goons have abused privacy rights of innocent citizens via the USA "Patriot" Act. An apology by Director Mueller and verbal support of him by the "President" simply don’t cut it. Again, why hasn’t the resigning Attorney General been prosecuted?

The government recently lost yet another court round involving the constitutionality of this statute, not the least of which, the gag rule regarding "National Security Letters." Ms. Hutchison’s continued support of this outrageously unconstitutional law and gutless silence since the audit was disclosed earlier are appalling. Has she no courage at all?

When was the last time any federal law enforcement thug was charged with murder? Nearly always, they’re no billed by grand juries blindly following a Pied Piper federal prosecutor. -- The situation no better on state and local levels as Ms. Hutchison knows from personal experience with the Travis County District Attorney. … Or was she indeed guilty as hell but got off on a technicality? When will the Senator rise to the occasion and finally embrace civil and constitutional rights and liberties? Or is she indeed a fascist like most of her fellow Republican compadres?

While the Fascist Right gleefully skewered Clinton for supposedly eviscerating the American military, no president in recent history has done more long-term damage than Mr. Bush. … Damage that will take decades to correct. The war in Iraq has foolishly strengthened our enemies and exponentially damaged an already tattered American image abroad. Aggressive stupidity at its worst.

Does the Senator really think anyone wants to be the last grunt to die in the hell-hole of Iraq, -- a war launched under outrageously false pretenses? … With pathetic cowardly rubber-stamp approval of both parties? Time for all funding to be cut off. Time for these troops to be re-directed to the search for bin Laden and his cronies.

Time for the "President" and his GOP cronies to stop conveniently and falsely linking the war in Iraq to the 9/11 catastrophe. Indeed, time for this outrageously false propaganda to stop, as well as the shameless demonization of the Iranians as a prelude to another unprovoked attack. … No more than a false extension of the war in Iraq to Iran should it come to pass.

Time to hold State Department officials responsible for performing inadequate background checks on the nineteen 9/11 hijackers. … Instead, the cowardly Congress and "President" have cunningly shifted the burden to the American public, conveniently abrogating civil and constitutional rights and liberties, falsely in the name of "national security."

Sadly, the United States has created this Islamic terrorist monster. Six decades of unbridled support of the State of Israel at the expense of the Palestinians and other Arabs has exacerbated and nurtured this exponentially growing problem. While this conflict indeed dates back to biblical times, Arabs have never been fully compensated for seizure of their land 59 years ago. Why not?

Worse, the U.S. has not been an even-handed broker in the region. Apparently, never will be. We continue to seemingly permanently garrison American troops in Islamic countries, -- highly offensive to the Moslem community. Knowingly insist on doing so. Continue to callously and Aryan arrogantly support the outrageously corrupt and abusive House of Saud for political "reasons" and financial expediency.

Refuse to become energy independent due to the insatiably greedy energy industry and its unwillingness to aggressively pursue alternative energy sources for self-serving reasons. Financial contributions to the coffers of legislators, no more than bribes, are clearly and directly responsible for our failure to become energy independent fifty years ago. … How much money has the Senator received from this industry over the years? -- While the public pays record-high gas prices and Big Oil enjoys record profits.

Since the fascist currently occupying the Oval Office and his cronies are unwilling to change U.S. policy, expect the global "War On Terror" to go on indefinitely and be ultimately lost. Sadly, as likely will the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Worse, it is abundantly clear our formerly great state is hopelessly ill-served by two U.S. senators having absolutely no regard for civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

… As fully demonstrated by their support of outrageously unconstitutional legislation such as the USA "Patriot" Act, Homeland "Security" Act, "Real" ID Act, warrantless domestic NSA spying now supposedly overseen by the FISA court, -- an outrageously unconstitutional secret court beholden to the "President" and "Justice" Department, use of national "security" letters to access personal information without a warrant, Executive Orders cleverly designed by the "President" to abrogate the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments, etc.. Sadly, the list can go on and on.

… To say nothing of "detainees" imprisoned for years without benefit of counsel or access to the courts, "rendition" of people kidnapped by CIA goons to countries where they are tortured and/or abused, as well as abuse and torture of "enemy combatants" in gulags run by the U.S. military.

Amusingly, this is the 55th time, and counting, this correspondence has been conveniently ignored by the Senator and/or her office. … Nothing quite like competent constituent service, is there? Then again, this is Nazi America, isn’t it? -- Where day is night, night is day, and manure smells perversely sweet. … Where only corporate donors and the rich are serviced by outrageously corrupt and abusive politicians, right?

… On a "happier" note, joining Transunion, Experian has apparently finally capitulated and removed both fraudulent listings, -- Alltel, and Datasearch on behalf of Baptist Air Life. The word "apparently" is used, however, since Experian previously removed both, only to subsequently re-post the fraudulent Datasearch listing. Regardless, CSC Credit Services and Equifax continue to stonewall all correspondence from this writer. … Ongoing egregious CRA stonewalling that continues to be ignored by Senator Hutchison and her office for over two years. When will the Senator finally take action?

Did you bother to read the case file? All 54 letters? The information sent from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in your letter of September 14, 2005 is outrageously unresponsive to all unresolved issues to date, and amusingly identical to material sent months ago by James Alredge. Did you bother to read it? It’s worthless. Why waste taxpayer funds? … Can’t dazzle ‘em with brilliance, baffle ‘em with bureaucratic BS? Is the outrageous ineptness systemic? Intentional? Deliberately designed to obfuscate? Would indeed be laughable, if not so incredibly sad.

This is the second time two employees of the Senator’s office pulled the exact, same "dog and pony show." Apparently, the Senator approves of such outrageous tactics, obfuscation, and pathetically ineffective constituent "services." -- Cleverly and conveniently, prevents her from having to deal with some of the worst corporate and federal abuses of our time. … Wouldn’t want to offend outrageously corrupt and abusive corporations, however, would she? After all, they shamelessly line her war chest and those of her colleagues, don’t they?

Worse, both "dog and pony shows" exquisitely demonstrate how very little respect the Senator truly has for her constituents’ intelligence. -- Then again, only "big money" receives competent consideration and effective senatorial services, right?

Outrageously, the packet of material callously sent by your office includes copies of canned, computer-generated FTC letters to other constituents identified in that worthless correspondence. Clearly, the Senator couldn’t care less about the privacy of her constituents. … Indeed, proof-positive, Ms. Hutchison is callously unconcerned with abuse of information not only by credit reporting agencies, but even in her office.

The following issues have been conveniently ignored by the Senator since October 14, 2004:

First, Experian has fraudulently altered this writer’s File Explanatory Statement three times over the last year. -- A statement well-within FCRA and FTC guidelines that was deliberately and fraudulently altered to protect the identities of corrupt and abusive corporations.

Second, Experian has refused to permanently remove this writer from mailing lists, cynically demanding further non-germane personal information to do so.

Third, Baptist Air Life, Datasearch, and Alexander Billing and Consulting posted fraudulently-obtained personal information because: 1) this writer refused to answer questions unrelated to the medically-required $10,000 helicopter flight to the burn center, and 2) refused consent to a demanded future property search.

Fourth, CSC Credit Services and Equifax continue to stonewall all correspondence from this writer and have refused to post the File Explanatory Statement as allowed by FCRA and FTC regulations, -- and well within guidelines. CSC disingenuously demands further personal information that this writer has not, and will not, provide. … Neither to them, Experian, or any other credit reporting agency (CRA.)

These four issues, as well as others described in earlier correspondence, need to be fully investigated by FTC. Yet, the Senator has refused to pressure FTC to investigate individual cases. Particularly, this one. Why? Why is Ms. Hutchison deliberately protecting and coddling outrageously corrupt and abusive corporations that have posted fraudulently-obtained data? Intentionally, shafted a burn survivor who refused to provide information not germane to injuries, and refused consent to a demanded future property search?

Worse, the Senator has filed no legislation redressing these outrageous credit reporting agency abuses. Clearly, she has no interest in these abuses. … Nor does she have any interest in civil and constitutional rights and liberties, -- as demonstrated by her support of outrageously unconstitutional legislation such as the USA "Patriot" Act, Homeland "Security" Act, "Real" ID Act, etc., and other equally unconstitutional Executive Orders all cleverly designed to eviscerate the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments. … Falsely, in the name of "national security."

The ultimate threat to "national security" comes not from al Qaeda or any foreign adversary. Rather, it comes from outrageously unresponsive, corrupt and abusive government at all levels. … As Republicans clearly learned, or should have learned, after the shellacking the GOP received during recent midterms.

The Senator and/or her office have repeatedly refused to answer the most critical question of all. If not the Federal Trade Commission, who is responsible for investigating and prosecuting individual complaints against outrageously corrupt and abusive CRAs? The U.S. Attorney? If not, precisely who? If no one, who protects ordinary citizens against fraud deliberately perpetrated by outrageously corrupt and abusive credit reporting agencies?

Again, why has the Senator refused to introduce legislation to correct this terrible injustice against millions victimized by these lawless corporations designed only to serve themselves and the business community, certainly not consumers? Upon re-launch of this publication, correspondence from all parties will be published on the website. After all, the public must be made aware of how corrupt and abusive corporations have deliberately abused a burn survivor, and precisely how the Senator has done absolutely nothing to date to correct the injustice.

… Has taken absolutely no personal interest. Has exerted no pressure on FTC. Has introduced no legislation to correct these abuses. Sadly, the senior Senator from Texas, will continue be exposed to her constituents for exactly what she is. -- A pawn and servant of outrageously corrupt and abusive corporations.

After 55 letters, and counting, the Senator is not able to claim ignorance. Nor is she able to blame inept, unresponsive staff. After all, the buck indeed stops with the Senator.

Sincerely,
