Re: 21st Update To October 14, 2004 Correspondence

Dear Senator:

The following is additional correspondence germane to this writer's earlier letter of October 14, 2004. -- Additional evidence of continued egregious CRA stonewalling and the third update sent this week to your office. This one includes additional correspondence to CSC "Credit" Services.

For months, you and your office have conveniently ignored outrageous abuses perpetrated by "credit" reporting agencies as delineated in 20 earlier letters.

Conveniently for criminal "credit" reporting agencies, the Federal Trade Commission does not investigate individual criminal complaints against offenders of the "Fair" Credit Reporting Act. Why?

Once again, Senator, who in the federal government is responsible for investigating and prosecuting such criminal complaints against these agencies?

Sadly, Senator, we live in a fascist police state. Aided and abetted by outrageously unconstitutional laws that egregiously violate privacy, civil liberties, and constitutional rights.

-- Statutes such as the "Fair" Credit Reporting Act, USA "Patriot" Act, Homeland "Security" Act, "Real" ID Act, etc., and a number of equally unconstitutional Executive Orders.

… As Franklin wisely stated over two hundred years ago, anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither.

Your profound indifference to privacy, civil and constitutional rights and liberties is appalling, -- and of great concern and interest to your constituents. Certainly, does not bode well for the GOP in coming mid-term elections.

-- Especially, since you’ve decided to run again for your Senate seat. Respectfully, Senator, the public must and will be informed of your callous disregard for privacy, abuse of personal information, identity theft, and the egregious loss of civil and constitutional rights and liberties in our once great country.

Sadly, Senator, you and your colleagues have become part of the problem and are not working in the best interests of your constituents.

To date, the CRA issues, including earlier criminal alteration and fraudulent posting of the File Explanatory Statement, remain unresolved. Ignored.

Again, why hasn't your office pressured an outrageously unresponsive Federal Trade Commission to thoroughly investigate these matters?

Sincerely,

Re: Extended Fraud Alert-Fraudulent Information Release-CSC Credit Services- #061517570- FLT- #000467140-11762-Confirmation #4273037500

Dear Sir or Madam:

In response to your unsigned computer-generated letter dated June 15, 2005, regarding an Extended Fraud Alert, precisely what is your affiliation with Equifax?

Your corrupt and abusive corporation has criminally failed to respond to two earlier attached letters regarding the criminal posting of fraudulently-obtained personal information by Datasearch, not only by your outrageously disreputable company, but other "credit" reporting agencies as well.

Precisely, why at least several of these CRAs have finally posted an Extended Fraud Alert. To date, most of this writer’s time has been tied up fighting Experian and Transunion. Now, it’s time to target other offending corporations in this matter, including Equifax and CSC.

Should you fail to respond to this letter, additional complaints will be filed against CSC "Credit" Services with the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Attorney, and Texas Attorney General for knowingly and willingly posting fraudulently-obtained information, and deceptive trade practices.

-- In addition to earlier criminal complaints against Experian, Datasearch, Baptist Air Life, and Alexander Billing & Consulting in regard to this very same matter.

Your egregious failure to respond to this writer's earlier enclosed complaints is indicative of the desperate need for an investigation by the U.S. Attorney and Congress. Apparently, you answer to no one other than yourselves.

Your failure to remove fraudulent information, fraudulently obtained by Alltel and Datasearch, is proof-positive the "credit" reporting industry is incapable of posting accurate non-fraudulent information, serves only itself and the best interests of the business community. Certainly, not consumers.

Your failure to add the File Explanatory Statement as allowed by law, in response to the fraudulently posted Datasearch listing, is further indication of your indifference to law and accurate records.

Your failure to permanently remove this writer from all "promotional offers of credit" and falsely limiting it to five years is an abrogation of FCRA and FTC regulations. How dare you disclose this personal information without permission? Why shouldn’t such outrageous abuse of personal information be opt in, rather than opt out? This writer has not, and will not, ever seek "credit."

CSC "Credit" Services will not receive any requested further personal information from this writer. Nothing. It is a specious and spurious request designed to cleverly stonewall and avoid criminal responsibility. Regardless, you know damn well who the hell I am.

Worse, you’ve egregiously and criminally abused and disclosed personal information in violation of FCRA and FTC regulations. Why in hell would I give you additional information to illegally abuse and disclose? What will it take to secure relief? A criminal prosecution?

Sincerely,
