Re: Sixth Update To October 14, 2004 Correspondence

Dear Senator:

The following is additional correspondence germane to my earlier letter of October 14.

Furthermore, CSC Credit Services has yet to respond to my letter of complaint, dated November 7 and forwarded to you. Apparently, the criminals at this abusive corporation are stonewalling the issue.

The continued unsigned, canned, computer-generated form letter response of "credit" reporting agencies to all correspondence is serious indication of the desperate need of congressional oversight and change. -- Criminals at Experian and Transunion have taken actions, regarding two fraudulent listings, directly opposite of one another.

… Proof-positive, the "credit" reporting industry is incapable of posting accurate information, serves only itself and the best interests of the business community. Certainly, not consumers. Sadly, the division in our once great country will only grow.

Sincerely,

Re: Report Numbers: 3845841537; 1831351926; 0624180747-Fraudulently Altered File Explanatory Statements-Fraudulent Postings

Dear Sir or Madam:

Unsurprisingly, both gutlessly unsigned computer-generated form letters from Experian, dated 12-7-04 in response to my earlier letter of November 21, are outrageously unresponsive and patronizing.

Regardless, your criminal alteration twice of the File Explanatory Statement remains unchanged, unresolved. So does your criminal release of information. While you condescendingly admonish review of the latest report and apparently the earlier deletion of the fraudulent Alltel listing, you conveniently ignore the fraudulent Datasearch listing at behest of Baptist Air Life.

As of December 6, 2004, Transunion has rightfully deleted the Datasearch listing. Why haven't the criminals at Experian chosen to do the same? Laughably, Transunion has not deleted the fraudulent Alltel listing, however. -- Both actions, the direct opposite of those implemented by Experian. … Interesting, isn't it?

The fact two "credit" reporting agencies can't agree, doing directly the opposite with two fraudulent listings, is proof-positive the "credit" reporting system is hopelessly fraudulent and grossly inaccurate.

Proof-positive, the "credit" reporting industry is incapable of posting accurate non-fraudulent information, serves only itself and the best interests of the business community. Certainly, not consumers.

… Amazing, the white-collar thugs at two major corrupt corporations can't get their fraudulent stories straight, isn't it? Would be laughable, if not so damned pathetic, no?

Outrageously, you continue to fraudulently release a false, fraudulently altered File Explanatory Statement written by one of the criminals employed by Experian, -- that amusingly continues to contain grammatical and spelling errors, and equally outrageous intentional obfuscation of the truth. The fraudulently altered statement remains yours, not mine, and is an outrageously false criminal alteration of the submitted File Explanatory Statement.

As stated in the earlier letter, this entire criminal matter will apparently have to be resolved by the offices of U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, the Texas Attorney General, and the U.S. Attorney. It will also apparently have to be widely circulated in the media. The public must protect itself from the criminals at "credit" reporting agencies.

For your amusement, the latest correspondence to Transunion has been attached.

Sincerely,

Re: File #129971556-Fraudulent Information Release-Transunion

Dear Sir or Madam:

Your gutlessly unsigned, canned, computer-generated form letters of December 3 & 6, 2004 remain outrageously unresponsive to my earlier letters.

Clearly, you still do not verify accuracy of fraudulently released information. Had you bothered to do so, you would have immediately ascertained the telephone number fraudulently provided by Alltel is false. This writer has no phone. … Then again, don't confuse the criminals at "credit" reporting agencies with the truth. Right? Yet, you continue to fraudulently list the non-existent number. Why?

Experian has rightfully chosen to delete the fraudulent Alltel listing. Why haven't the fraudulent criminals at Transunion followed suit? While Transunion has indeed rightfully deleted the Datasearch listing, Experian has refused to do so.
