Re: Fraudulent Information Release-CSC Credit Services

Dear Sir or Madam:

A complaint of fraudulent release of information against CSC Credit Services and several other credit reporting agencies has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (attached.)

CSC Credit Services, along with the others, has fraudulently released personal information to a third party without my permission, informed consent, or prior knowledge. This writer is a burn survivor with no health insurance or assets. -- Still disabled from injuries and other medical problems.

At no time was Baptist Air Life, Datasearch, Alexander Billing, or anyone else willingly or knowingly given permission to release personal or financial information to any party. At no time. Under any circumstances.

In addition, Alltel Communications fraudulently ran an unrequested "credit" check on 9-17-04. (Complaint attached-Hutchison letter) CSC Credit Services, on that date, fraudulently released information it had no right to disclose and was fraudulently in possession of.

Since this matter has not been resolved, kindly add the following File Explanatory Statement to your fraudulently obtained file in the event CSC Credit Services fraudulently issues any further "credit" reports in the future:

"As a burn survivor with no assets, all medical providers with exception of Baptist Air Life forgave medical expenses. Baptist Air Life did not do so because this burn survivor refused to provide highly personal information unrelated to injuries, declined demanded prior consent to a future property search. Vengefully, Baptist Air Life subsequently hired Datasearch to punitively post negative information on credit reports without knowing or willing permission of this burn survivor. Particularly punitive and vengeful, since at no time did Datasearch attempt or make contact with this burn survivor regarding the nearly $10,000 medically-required helicopter flight billing."

Kindly be advised, Experian fraudulently altered the File Explanatory Statement to cover its collective gluteus maximus and that of the other parties involved (complaint also attached.) Will CSC Credit Services do the same? Ultimately, will it be necessary to file a criminal complaint with the U.S. Attorney to obtain relief?

Sincerely,
