Re: Report Numbers: 1831351926; 0624180747-Fraudulently Altered File Explanatory Statement

Dear Ms. Hernandez:

The File Explanatory Statement, (posted in two reports both dated October 21), has been fraudulently altered by Experian and differs widely in content and substance from the one submitted in my earlier letter of complaint, dated October 16.

Comically, the fraudulently altered statement posted contains deliberately introduced grammatical errors, numerous spelling errors, missing words germane to fraudulently abusive actions by creditors, and missing offending creditor names. Apparently, all intended to: 1) protect highly abusive and unethical creditors and obscure the nature of the contested issues, 2) as retribution for the complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, and 3) amusingly make this writer look like an idiot. … The missing $ sign in front of the $10,000 billing amount is particularly hilarious. -- Nice touch. Nice, nice touch.

… Ms. Hernandez, can only assume Experian does not hire idiots, however. Certainly, hope not. Can only assume the deliberate, grossly inaccurate, fraudulently altered posting was done by your company for fraudulent, self-serving reasons. Care to disclose the identity of the employee involved? … Was it you?

Wake up, madam. Your inattention to detail and complainant rights, although thoroughly amusing, are truly appalling and highly indicative of Experian's indifference to the best interests of the consumer public. Without question, you have clearly, albeit clumsily, demonstrated Experian is no more than a shill of abusive "creditors." … Highly protective of these outrageously corrupt and abusive bastards. Congratulations.

If the deliberately altered, botched File Explanatory Statement has, indeed, been sent to anyone, in addition to this writer, Experian has the ethical and legal obligation to correct the record and truthfully inform all of its "mistake." -- That your company deliberately altered my File Explanatory Statement. Anything less is unacceptable and highly indicative of Experian's propensity to fraudulently release, and/or alter information.

As provided by FTC regulation, this complainant is entitled to an unbotched, unaltered, undistorted, unedited for "clarity" 100-word statement. Is Experian refusing to honor this right? If so, what will it take to provide relief? … The U.S. Attorney?

The 0624180747 Oct. 21 report states: "As an additional precaution, we have removed your name and address from prescreened offer mailing lists for 2 years." Wake up. I signed and returned a written statement sent by your company requesting permanent removal.

… Are you reneging? What does it take to get permanent relief from unsolicited, unwanted "offers" from these outrageously greedy bastards? … A complaint to the U.S. Attorney?

Although this writer did not specifically request an "ID Security Alert" as falsely suggested on pages 1 & 4 of the Oct. 21 report, why not permanently maintain it, instead of allowing it to expire in 90 days? -- Especially, since this writer does not, has not, and will not seek "credit."

… Exquisitely hypocritical and ironic, however since the perpetrators of fraudulently-released information are indeed Experian, Baptist Air Life, Alexander Billing, and Datasearch. -- All, conveniently protected by Experian. … The fox guarding the hen house. Amusing, isn't it? Particularly galling, however, since all reserve the "right" to fraudulently release data and eviscerate personal privacy, -- while denying this burn survivor's right to expose them for the fraudulently abusive bastards they clearly are.

Continue hiding behind unsigned computer-generated canned correspondence. Humorously, makes Experian appear to be staffed by gutless, grossly incompetent idiots. … Couldn't be, could it?

Sincerely,

File Explanatory Statement:

"As a burn survivor with no assets, all medical providers with exception of Baptist Air Life forgave medical expenses. Baptist Air Life did not do so because this burn survivor refused to provide highly personal information unrelated to injuries, declined demanded prior consent to a future property search. Vengefully, Baptist Air Life subsequently hired Datasearch to punitively post negative information on credit reports without knowing or willing permission of this burn survivor. Particularly punitive and vengeful, since at no time did Datasearch attempt or make contact with this burn survivor regarding the nearly $10,000 medically-required helicopter flight billing."
